Eat, Drink and be Merry at Flights this Holiday Season


LAS VEGAS (Nov. 13, 2019) – This holiday season, FLIGHTS will deck the halls and serve festive offerings for guests celebrating the most wonderful time of the year. Located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, the restaurant known for its tapas-style comfort food and one-of-a-kind cocktail program, will offer exclusive holiday menus on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Celebrating its first holiday season on the Las Vegas Strip, the aviation-themed eatery will offer reservations all day for prix fixe menus for each holiday, complete with signature dishes and holiday favorites.

For the Thanksgiving Day feast ($29 per person), guests will be treated to a corn tostada, Caesar salad and pita with a selection of dips. Holiday traditions will continue into the main course, which includes turkey and ham with honey Dijon glaze, served with sides of stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, Hawaiian rolls, meatballs with Lingon berries and green bean casseroles. For dessert, both pumpkin pie and apple pie will be served.

On Christmas Eve ($39 per person), a corn tostada, Caesar salad and a selection of pitas and dips are offered in the first course, followed by ham with honey Dijon glaze and roasted prime rib as main entrées. To complement the entrées, guests can choose from sides including mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, Hawaiian rolls, meatballs with Lingon berries and asparagus. Pumpkin pie and apple pie are offered for dessert.

The multi-course New Year’s Eve celebration ($75 per person) will start with an amuse bouche of a corn tostada. Guests will have a choice of caprese salad, truffle empanadas or shrimp ceviche for the first course. For the main entrée, choose between certified Angus beef N.Y. Strip Steak with bacon wrapped asparagus, bearnaise and garlic mashed potatoes; grilled salmon with dill sauce, salmon roe, lemon and and warm potato salad; or house-made black bean steak with fettuccine pasta and organic vegetable medley. For dessert, a delectable chocolate lava cake with vanilla gelato will be served, topped with fresh berries and chocolate sauce.

Founded by restaurateur Alex Hult and his wife, Miss Nevada 2011 Sarah Hult, FLIGHTS features a delectable menu of food and beverage options, served as a trio, or a “flight,” allowing patrons to get a taste of the restaurant’s wide variety of offerings.

Excellent food that is made for sharing, combined with flight attendant servers and aviation-themed decor, makes FLIGHTS a one-of-a-kind dining experience that is both delicious and entertaining. FLIGHTS is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Saturday from 10 a.m. to midnight and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m..
